Terms of Service

PSSI Youth Mental Performance  ·  Effective Date: June 1, 2026  ·  Last Updated: June 1, 2026

01

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PSSI website, services, and the 8-Week Mental Performance Pilot Program ("Program") offered by Performance Sports & Skills Institute ("PSSI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or enrolling in any Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or enroll in the Program.

Important Distinction: PSSI provides non-clinical, performance-based mental training for youth athletes. Our services are educational and performance-focused in nature — they do not constitute therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or any form of medical or mental health treatment. Nothing within the Program should be interpreted as a substitute for professional clinical care.
