- Personal information collected from or about minor participants is used solely for Program delivery purposes and is not shared beyond what is necessary for enrollment and session management.
- Assessment data generated by youth participants (e.g., WNC responses, goal-setting worksheets) is handled with additional confidentiality protections and anonymized in any aggregate reporting.
- Parents and guardians may request to review, correct, or delete their child's personal information at any time by contacting us at pssi@mindperformancesports.com.
- PSSI will promptly delete any data collected from or about a minor upon a valid parental or guardian deletion request, subject to legal retention obligations.
